The Lihou 5K cross country is now full. For all those that have entered, please see entry list and event essential info attached. Please remember to bring your entry money on the day. This event will take place regardless of the weather.

The Lihou 5K

The first running of The Lihou 5K. This is a five kilometre cross country utilising the peripheral pathway around the outside edge of Lihou Island. Open to anyone 18 years old and over. Some cross country experience advised. All proceeds from this event will go towards The Lihou Charitable Trust.

A rare breakdown on Lihou

Thankfully system breakdowns are rare these days. The house seems to be running well. However when a call for assistance comes in on a day like today it's hardly a hardship to attend.
